Cancellation & Refund
- Any cancellations must be sent by email via neangneakii@gmail.com
- Any cancellation must be followed the condition as below:
- Cancellations received in our office less than 30 days prior to departure, 50% per Cabin penalty will apply.
- Cancellations received in our office less than 48 hours prior to departure, no-show, or early return from the trip will result in forfeiture of 100% of all money paid to Neang Neakii Cruises Co. Ltd. 9
Children policy and Accessibility Notice:
- Children less than 2 years old are free of charge
- Children 2 to 12 sharing rooms with parents, 10% surcharge for extra bed to be applied
- Children 12 to 16 sharing rooms with parents, 20% surcharge for extra bed to be applied
- Children 16 and above will be charged full price as adults
- Client’s age will be counted to the departure day of cruise.
