Mekong Star cruise

Starting in late 2025, our newest gem on the northern Mekong in Laos will combine an elegant atmosphere with inviting comfort, combined with the charming Laotian flair that defines its sister ships, the Mekong Sun and Mekong Pearl. Step aboard and discover the majestic Mekong River in a more exclusive and luxurious way than ever before. You’ll also immerse yourself in authentic Lao culture through meaningful interactions with locals, thanks to our long-standing relationships with our dedicated Laotian crew and the villages we visit.
The 12 elegant cabins (6 Deluxe cabins, 4 Executive cabins and 2 Signature suites) accommodate up to 24 guests, each offering the comfort of a private balcony and breathtaking views through floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. The tastefully furnished exterior cabins all offer a cozy seating area, minibar, safe, and individually controlled air conditioning for your comfort. The comfortable beds can be configured as either a double bed or twin beds, depending on your preference. The bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower, toilet, and hairdryer with high-quality toiletries provided for your convenience.
The ship features beautifully designed spaces for all guests to enjoy. Relax on the sun deck’s loungers while taking in the breathtaking views of Laos' impressive mountain ranges. Treat yourself to soothing spa treatments and relaxing massages or browse the cozy library's collection of books. The small on-board shop offers a selection of high-quality, locally sourced products, allowing you to take home unique, handcrafted items that reflect the spirit of the region. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the ship, depending on local network availability.

The exclusive on-board restaurant offers a delightful mix of Asian and Western dishes, with both indoor seating and a covered outdoor area. At the two inviting, well-stocked bars, you can chill and chat with fellow travelers over a sundowner, reflecting on the day's adventures.
On the Mekong Star, house wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks are included during meals, along with a sundowner each evening and one spa treatment per guest.
