The river vessel selected for the Majestic Mekong is the most comfortable ship capable of navigating the respective sections of this partly untamed river. Between Luang Prabang and the Golden Triangle, Luang Prabang and Vientiane, Vientiane and Golden Triangle, you are traveling on board of the Laotian river cruiser RV Mekong Sun.

The safety and comfort of the Luang Say boats are truly the envy of all other river travellers in the region as they provide the perfect setting for leisurely river travel. With 34 metre steel hulls, they feature:

· Built in Laos in 2005
· 2 decks
· 11 classic cabin on the main deck (12 m2), all facing out onto the river and with a French balcony providing a fantastic view of the passing landscape.
· 3 superior cabins, one in the bow of the main deck (20 m2), two on the upper deck (21 m2). 2 of them have their own small private balcony, one a superb panoramic view to the front.
· All cabins with en-suite shower / WC and air conditioning.
· Large sun deck with bar service and restaurant / bar area.
