Embark at the city centre port and cruise downstream with a stop for a walk in a typical Cambodian village. Cross the border in the afternoon. Continue to Tan Chau to moor overnight.

Day 2 : Tan Chau -  Chau Doc (B,L,D)

From the main Mekong channel at Tan Chau we travel down the canals and backwaters. At Chau Doc we transfer to small boats to visit a Cham tribal village. We also visit a cat fish farm. We take a trishaw ride round this fascinating town of fine French-colonial buildings and see its bustling market. Return to the ship by boat for lunch and cast off down the broad Mekong channel.

Day 3 : Chau Doc - My Tho - Saigon (B)

Disembark at My Tho for transfer by coach to rendezvous point in Saigon.
