We have many payment methods available to make the booking with as follows for you to choose which one is the best convenient. Kindly make deposit or full payment via our secured online payment. We will create an order for each transaction and send you the link to pay. These are following methods of payment.

If you have already the PayPal account, please login and make payment by PayPal by email: . Please note that you must add 6% to the total amount for PayPal fee.

In case of the credit card payment, you must pay 4% for credit card fee. We connect with OnePay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment ( ). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (Merchant).

After you have received Invoice Payment Link, please check the information of the Invoice. If all the information is correct, please check the Terms and Conditions and click, I agree with Terms and Conditions, and click Submit.  You will be redirected to OnePay Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card.



Either full payment or a deposit of 30-50% of total cost will be required and decided on individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our payment methods available online. Customer will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours from the time we receive the deposit.


Final Payment

Full payment should be made normally 30 or 45 days prior to your arrival depending on the cruise’s payment policy. Payment on arrival is applied for special cases only and both parties have written agreement on this.


Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation fees of booking are levied on all local suppliers as cruise carriers and other contractors apply their own cancellation policy. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each individual cruise, under the Rate & Availability tab.

Cancellation by the cruise for reasons related to a situation of force majeure, such as government restriction or regulation, health, natural disasters, acts of God, etc., customers will be refunded the amount depending to circumstances. If the tour has yet to take place, full refund will be made. If the tour is ongoing, partial refund will be made.

No refunds or exchanges can be made while the tour in ongoing and the customer decides to opt out. If you do not use any of the service, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.



Whilst we manage to reserve all the proposed services for our clients, we reserve the right to make changes of equivalent services in case transportation/ accommodation is fully booked. In this case, we always try our best to inform you about the changes as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide confirmed services, an alternative service or an alternative departure date will be offered subject to availability. If this alternative date or the alternative service is not acceptable to our clients will be refunded.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
